The new show is axed after 3 episodes.

ABC has cancelled Wicked City after a slow start to its first season. The freshman drama struggled in the ratings from its debut, premiering weak in its Tuesday night time slot and losing a significant number of viewers with each of its following two episodes.
Wicked City has been pulled from the network's schedule effective immediately. The show exits with five already-produced episodes left unaired, and it is not clear if they will ever be released. Replacing the show in its Tuesday night time slot for now will be repeat episodes of Shark Tank.

When will the networks learn that we don't want this kind of crap for cop shows.

Bullshitty shit! I can't believe this was cancelled, the casting is so on point and the story pretty interesting. I hope another network like netflix can pick it up.

Bummer..I was enjoying it..really should of ran a bit longer to give it more of a try. There is so much crappy TV that manages to stay on...Kardashians for example?? At least this had a plot!

I agree with so many of the other reviewers. I was into this show and boom......IT'S GONE? And how come some shows when not doing well are moved to another day, another time, but this particular show no other chance in another time slot? So wrong...just so wrong.

My mom and I are very disappointed that the cancelled this show. We really liked it. How can you cancel a show after 3 episodes. This is so stupid every time I start watching a program they cancel the program. Hopefully the show at least the last Couple of episodes.

I agree with Mike 100% - an amazing show and they pull it after just three episodes. Absolutely ridiculous!! Makes me so angry to get invested in a show and then be left hanging, and for what?? Repeats of Shark Tank.

Absolutely wonderful show. Great writing. Was not another "Oh look how cool this serial killer is" show. It's so sad that anything with a slow build has become 80% of the time something that will be canceled in one season (Cane, Blood and Oil, The Event) Or canceled in 3 episodes (Wicked City, The Playboy Club). I hate the fact I invest my time and get involved with a story that will only be taken away. No one would ver just buy the first 20 pages of a book they want to read and ok with the rest of the pages being blank. The stations have made their choices for the year, let the show finish its run. But if you know that it's not a hit, tell the team in time to rework the last 2 episodes and give it a plausible end. If my book was half blank I would return it for my money back. I think we should start charging for time spent on something that did not deliver what was promised. It's false advertising at it's best. "Coming this season the show that will knock your socks off" , "err sorry we decided to only show you the beginning and have you guess the rest". (oh if only they were liable for wasting peoples time!!!!!)
