The prime time game show returns in January.

NBC announced today that Hollywood Game Night has been renewed for a fourth season. The celebrity game show, which has been a consistently solid performer for the network, returns early in the new year on January 5.
Jane Lynch, who won an Emmy Award last year for her work on the show, will return once again as host.

If you want a funny 'Celebrity' game show -- watch *Celebrity Name Game* with Craig Ferguson. It is on CBS late night for just a 1/2 hour. It is funny, silly, and exciting! You will laugh! Interesting contestants, funny celebrity guests, up to $20,000 in CASH... AND TV's Craig Ferguson. Plus, the minimum to win is $3,000. I like Jane Lynch... but HGN has too many different games and an hour is just too long for me.

ugh... it's just so repetitive. But then, all game shows are. Why this one is "special" and put in prime time I don't know. It belongs in the afternoon with other game shows. However, "Hollywood Game Afternoon" may not be as an appealing title :)
