USA Network announced today that Playing House has been renewed for a third season. Written by and starring comic duo Jessica St Clair and Lennon Parham, the sophomore comedy follows two single best friends - and is based on their real-life friendship.
Playing House concluded its 8-episode second season last summer, which was down two episodes from the 10 it aired in its freshman run. There is no word yet on the number of episodes ordered for Season 3.

This be bangin'! So glad to read this show is being renewed. It's a really cute series and I love the characters. Parham and St. Clair work off each other in the best ways and I'm sure there's lots of ad-libbing going on in the dialogue between them and the other characters.
Looking forward to seeing the show once again when it airs season 3.
