The drama will not return for Season 3.
January 29, 2016
Word is out today that MTV has cancelled Finding Carter after two seasons. Zac Pullam, who plays Grant on the show, posted the news on Twitter this morning, writing "Sad to say it but if you don't already know, Finding Carter won't be returning for a season 3".
The sophomore drama aired its final episode back in December.

Slightly disappointed but not really surprised. I didn't really care for season two that much. Only stayed for Max & Taylor and Grant who didn't even really get a storyline accept that he was (rightfully so) angry at his parents and got high that one time. Only disappointed that I won't get to know Ben a little more.
Mat, you and your comment was very much unnecessary here.

MTV you need to rebrand yourself with a new name. I know the music video fad is dead and over and streaming services like Spotify and on demand music videos have killed what you use to be. But it's time to move on and find your new place. No one is gonna go to your channel unless they want to see orange tanned Italians in New Jersey talking horribly and having sex across the entire shoreline.

I liked the beginning of Season 1 but once the big reveal happened, I lost interest. They could have kept that secret for a little while longer.
