The drama is cancelled for the third time.
February 16, 2016
A&E has cancelled veteran procedural Unforgettable after four seasons. The Poppy Montgomery-led series went through a lot of ups and downs over the course of its run, airing on two different networks and being cancelled a total of three times now.
Unforgettable premiered in 2011 as part of the CBS fall line-up but was cancelled after its first season. It didn't take long for the network to reevaluate its position, announcing just a month later that it was reviving Unforgettable as a summer series, where it spent two more seasons before being cancelled again in 2014. A&E announced that it had acquired the show in early 2015 but it ultimately aired just one season on the cable network.

You'd think it would stay dead after the second time. No?

This show should have never made a second season. It should have never been picked up by another network.

This was a different kind of show which means it will be axed after a few seasons.I liked the show and I forgot about it the summertime. This is worse then the Brett Favre retirement announcements, come on put this thing 20 feet under

Well I had the final six episodes on DVR. Probably shouldn't have read too many comments, lol
Anyway, I liked the show but when a network dumps the final four first-run episodes of a season on one night, you can take it to the bank that the show is toast.

It was a decent enough show but much better in its first season. Poppy then spent two years pregnant and didn't change her clothes for the final three seasons.

Would you at least end it without Al being shot and Carrie yelling for an ambulance?? At least finish the show!!!!!!!!!

Have to say this last season was rubbish, the reboot did not work at all. It lost a lot of what made it different and a joy to watch.

I really liked this show and was thrilled when A&E revived it. That is pretty sorry that they chose to end it with such a cliffhanger. Really A&E? Why couldn't you let Carrie and Al get back together and ride off into the sunset?

Too bad was a good show with a nice twist on the ordinary but i guess people just want the same old again the problem with all the networks now is they all want a hit from day one a show had to build an audience look at cheers and seinfeld both were going to be cancelled season one but word got around and look what happened both long time hits
