The comedy will return to the US and Canada.
March 5, 2016
Canadian comedy Schitt's Creek has been renewed for a third season. CBC first picked up the comedy last month for audiences up north, and now this week Pop has followed suit with good news for US audiences.
Canadians can expect Season 3 of Schitt's Creek to premiere in early 2017 for a 13-episode run. A Pop premiere will likely follow shortly thereafter.

Love the show and the cast, unfortunately PopTV is standard definition and looks horrible (Directv). It's baffling at this point in time to understand how any station does not broadcast in near HD, 720p or 1080i.
I've been a huge SCTV fan since 1980, which is where I first saw Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara. I actually liked SCTV better than SNL. Really glad Schitt's Creek got picked up for a 3rd season.

I haven't been watching this season but maybe now I should. The first season was so good I don't know why I haven't been keeping up.
PS - I feel the need to say "Don't worry, it's his sister" and see who gets it ;)
