The acquired British series will be back in 2017.
October 24, 2016
The CW announced today that Penn & Teller: Fool Us has been renewed for a fourth season. The magic act reality show, which stars comedic magicians Penn & Teller, started out as a British-only series but was cancelled after just one season in the UK.
The CW acquired the show's rights in 2014 and placed it in its summer lineup, where it has been a steady performer for the past three seasons. Actress Alyson Hannigan came on-board to host the series this past summer, and she will likely resume those duties when the show returns in 2017.

Robert, you didn't actually think it was done the way you see it on TV did you? Of course most of it is staged. That's how "Hollywood" works.

I just got done march 21-2017 being in the audance at the rio in Las Vegas. They filmed all week. What a disapoiment. High school grade level acts. 1 ballon and the rest card tricks. Only one guy passed. He did a card trick with a cross bow. 90% staged they made us do takes of fake laughs to sound track in. And clap, cheer ect... we did more takes than the show performers. Then peen and teller does a trick at the end of the show. That was almost as poor. One trick teller has contacts with the card suit and number on his eyes. The other penn is drumming and teller Is made up like benny hill and does white dove tricks.
I paid over a $100 to see there regular show this was a let down for there fans.

The show rocks! They don't openly reveal how the tricks are done, but they DO give enough hints that anyone with access to Google can fill in the blanks. SO, if you want to know how it's done, you can find out. If you prefer to retain the mystery, that's your choice. Either way, they showcase some amazing talents and usually provide a laugh or two along the way.

This show kind of sucks.. if Penn & Teller revealed the tricks.. THEN it would be worth watching. Of course, no magician would want to be on the show. -- I just think it's cheesy.. here's the trick.. we know how you did it... .. okay next trick.
