The pot comedy will return in 2019.
February 21, 2018
HBO announced today that High Maintenance has been renewed for a third season. The good news comes at the midway point of the comedy's 10-episode sophomore run.
The half-hour series follows a New York weed deliveryman and his eccentric customers in the boroughs around the Big Apple. Created by Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, the show got its start as a web series in 2012 that lasted through 2015. Blichfeld and Sinclair continue to run the show on HBO, including writing and directing some episodes.
Season 2 is scheduled to air its final episode on March 23. While no return date has been announced for Season 3, a premiere in early to mid 2019 appears likely.

This show was amusing when it was a 5 minute webisode series. However, this show is horribly UNfunny as a 30 minute "dramady" leaning more on drama than comedy Clearly the stars (which are also the writers) don't know how to write for more than 5-10 minutes... This should be cancelled. THere's a reason HBO throws it on Friday night... away from all it's other programming.

After watching one episode , I became convinced that HBO is going to cancel any decent show it had and go into reality tv. This is so bad that it is hard to describe.
