No Season 2 for the military drama.

It is being reported that NBC has officially cancelled The Brave after its 13-episode first season. The writing had already been on the wall since November, when the network opted not to order more episodes for the military drama's freshman run. But that doesn't make today's news any easier for the show's loyal fans who were holding out hope that the show might continue.
The hour-long series premiered last September and was a decent performer on Monday nights in the 10:00pm time slot. Unfortunately it was regularly bested by its competition, The Good Doctor, which brought in roughly double the viewers, both overall and in the key adults 18-49 demographic.
The Brave takes place in the world of America's elite undercover military operations. In D.C., a team of analysts utilize highly-advanced surveillance technology from their headquarters, while out in the field a Special Ops squad of expertly-trained undercover specialists risk it all as they execute dangerous missions behind enemy lines in the name of freedom and saving the lives of innocent people.

I just don't understand networks!.I watch everything later from dvr..too many to watch at the same time!.
This show was so much better than. Seal team...I watch that too...

@P8RE8 I strongly agree about the DVR. I can't understand why they give us a lousy 3 days for DVR viewing to count. Can't we have at least a week? I also agree about the time slot. If I don't watch either show live, why are they even considered in direct competition?

One thing the people who decided to cancel a show Don't take into consideration is people DVR shows so we can watch them later. I.E. I love BOTH the Good Doctor AND Brave. The are in the same time slot so I DVR them both.....just sayin'

This was a great show! So tired of networks cancelling shows after just a few episodes, just to keep the stupid reality shows. BRING THIS SHOW BACK!!!!

I agree with most of the comments. Keep all the 'reality' CRAP and cancel the good ones. Seal team and SWAT are not as good as The Brave. BRING IT BACK
