The Oprah Winfrey Network announced today that Greenleaf has been renewed for a fourth season. The summer drama is currently four episodes into its third season, which has so far continued to garner healthy ratings that are more or less consistent with last year's numbers.

Executive produced by Oprah Winfrey, the series follows the conflict within an unscrupulous family who run a megachurch in Memphis, Tennessee. Typically airing in the spring/summer months, the series got off to its latest start yet in Season 3, which will air well into the fall. Season 3 is expected to return sometime in 2019, though a more precise time frame is not yet known.
