The animated comedy will return for Season 2.
January 22, 2019
Showtime announced today that Our Cartoon President has been picked up for a second season. The animated comedy concluded its 17-episode freshman run last fall; one that garnered decidedly mixed reviews from both critics and audiences alike.
Co-created by Stephen Colbert, the satirical take on the Trump presidency opens the White House doors to give an all access look at a typical day under the leadership of the 45th President of the United States. In Trump's world, nobody is safe - from immediate family and confidants to prominent political figures and media members from both parties.
The cable network has reportedly ordered 10 episodes for Season 2 of Our Cartoon President, which is expected to return later this year.

I only cancel a network if there is nothing i want to see. Not because I am insulted by one. SO the person who did that is losing it. Wether it is this guy as president or the last one, they do stuff i like and hate both.

Quote: "I cancelled Showtime because their quality has really gone down" -----------HA!!!!! Lies...... like they still don't have Shameless, Ray Donovan, Black Monday, Active Shooter, Escape at Dannemora, Homeland, The Chi, The Affair -- I think the bug in the a** of some people reacts poorly if they hear anything they disagree with. Some Showtime programming is junk, yes. But a great deal of it is not. Clearly if you prefer to support a treasonous thief.. well.. yeah.. you're going to dislike anything that pokes fun of "dear leader". In my book `Our Cartoon President` is a big swing and a miss.. but I just don't watch it.. I still like other Showtime programming though. The world isn't THAT black and white MAGAheads.

I thought the first few episodes were quite funny but then it went to completely making Trump a complete buffoon that really showed the hatred the hollywood asses feel for POTUS.I cancelled Showtime because their quality has really went down..

Immature, maybe. But I have 2 Bachelors degrees and a Masters degree. I graduated high school with an average above 100 and an Advanced diploma plus Honors. I was inducted into 2 Honor Societies in college and I have expanded the expressive sign vocabulary of a 15 year - old non - verbal boy with Autism when in theory that should be impossible. Sometimes escaping into TV is what the bright do.

It is SOOOOOO hilarious that the "MAGA" people are worrying about and upset over a cartoon. POTUS is "disrespectful to the office of POTTUS"... idiots. This show is only mediocre at best anyway. I catch an episode every now and then, but to be honest, after roughly 10-15 minutes I grow weary of the Trump-voice. It's a good impression.. that's kind of the problem :) I do commend Trump though.. He's forced the smelliest turds to float so we all know where they are..... :)

I will never watch anything that involves that disrespectful Colbert. Showtime has turned into garbage television. SMILF, Kidding, Sacha Baron Cohen to name a few. I only keep Showtime for Ray Donovan and Billions since they cancelled all the other shows that meant anything to me. At least they are entertaining without bashing our government.

Please tell me this will be available on Netflix, Hulu or Prime someday soon!?!? I laughed my butt off at Lil Bush (and mind you at the time was a Bush supporter).
