The mini-golf competition will return for Season 2.

ABC announced today that Holey Moley has been picked up for a second season. The new competition series is coming off a solid summer run that gave the network its largest audience in four years over that time period.
The show puts a twist on the game of mini-golf, with contestants of all ages facing off in challenges on a larger-than-life course featuring uniquely themed holes. Three rounds are played in each episode, with three finalists moving on to Mt. Holey Moley, which determines which of them goes home with the $25,000 grand prize.
Look for Season 2 of Holey Moley in the summer of 2020.

Holy Moley won't win any awards for best show, but it's fun! Rob Riggle is hilarious and his off the wall commentary makes the show what it is. Happy too see it getting renewed!

I'm glad to see it coming back. Rob Riggle initially put me off giving it a shot because I can't remember the last time I saw him in something where I didn't find his character completely obnoxious but that just goes to show that you need to disconnect the actor from their characters. While he's in no sense low key in this show, I genuinely find him funny in it as opposed to as an over-the-top nimrod his characters often are.

I guess I'm the first one to say that I loved this show. I thought Rob Riggle was crazy and funny and it was best when Joe Tessitore couldn't keep a straight face. It's definitely not the best show ever made, but it is good family fun (as a friend told me) and made me laugh out loud many times in each episode.

The show was OK. Wasn't terribly funny but it had a couple forced laughs. I watched one episode and about half of another. I realized other shows or things I could do was a better use of my time. I gave it a 2 rating because it was Mini Golf, which is fun.

@Dan - Agreed! I miss Gong Show. It was "All about the Funzies" - as Mike Meyers would say. It was silly, stupid, intriguing, and fun... sometimes just so terrible it was laughable. The "sing along" got old quick... but yes, I much preferred Gong Show to Holey Moley. ONE reboot that wasn't just horrible. Ha ha!
