The game show revival earns a second season.

ABC announced today that Card Sharks has been picked up for Season 2. The game show revival premiered this summer as part of the network's 'Fun & Games' lineup, which has been a strong performer for the past few years.
An updated take on the classic 1970s game show, the series pits two players against each other in an elimination game to decide which of them advances to the grand prize winning deck. Ultimately, players can either go home with the cash they earned or continue betting in hopes of reaching the top for a chance to take home a life-changing grand prize.
Companion game shows Celebrity Family Feud, Match Game, The $100,000 Pyramid, Press Your Luck, and To Tell the Truth were also renewed today, keeping ABC's entire game show lineup in tact for next year.

2 matches.. 15 matches it doesn't matter... it should be a 30 minute show.

Corbus, this show is actually an hour because it features two matches like some of the other ABC game show revivals such as "Pyramid" and "Match Game". It's great it's coming back, but I think they should improve host Joel McHale's all-black wardrobe because even the emcees of the previous versions (Jim Perry, Bob Eubanks and Bill Rafferty) had nicer suits.

Another hour-long show that should be 30 minutes. There's a REASON the originals were 30 minutes..... all these game shows need to be trimmed by 22 minutes.
