FX Networks announced this morning that FXX's Dave has been renewed for a second season. The good news follows a strong debut outing for the show, which saw its freshman run rank as the cable network's most-watched comedy ever.
Based on the life of rapper and comedian Dave Burd, the half-hour series follows a neurotic guy in his late twenties who believes he's destined to be one of the best rappers of all time. Now he must try to convince his closest friends, because their help could lead to the rest of the world believing it too.
Look for Season 2 of Dave in 2021.

Good to hear, did not know of lil dicky before the show and still have no interest in listening to hes music but the show is great.
Has the perfect mix of humour and seriousness. One of best shows in the past years easily.

I detest 99.999% of "rap" music... but I think this show is pretty hilarious despite the music genre.
