FX Networks announced today that Dave has been renewed for a third season on FXX. The good news comes six months after the comedy wrapped a sophomore run that again garnered high critical praise.

Based on the life of rapper and comedian Dave Burd, the half-hour series follows a neurotic guy in his late twenties who believes he's destined to be one of the greatest rappers of all time. Now he must try to convince his closest friends, because their help could lead to the rest of the world believing it too.

Look for Season 3 of Dave in 2023.
