ABC announced today that The Bachelor has been picked up for a 25th season. The reality dating series has continued to be a dominant performer for the network after more than a decade on TV, drawing remarkably consistent and strong ratings year after year.

The Bachelor franchise has multiple spin-offs currently on the air, namely mainstays The Bachelorette, which had its upcoming season delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, and summer entry Bachelor in Paradise. It is not known if the recently-concluded The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart will return for a second season.
