The dark comedy will finish its run in 2022.
November 30, 2021
It is being reported that AMC's Kevin Can F**k Himself will be coming to an end after two seasons. The news comes three months after the dark comedy was picked up for a sophomore run on the cable network.
The series follows Allison McRoberts, a woman filling the role of a prototypical sitcom wife. She's beautiful and embodies a figure who everyone thought they knew growing up. But she's wasted the last 10 years of her life in an awful marriage, and when she's not at home, her perfect veneer fades and she revolts against the life she resents.
Look for the second and final season of Kevin Can F**k Himself in 2022.

I just finished watching the series finale. I really did not get this show in the beginning and commented about that back then. Something kept me watching it even though I could never admit to myself that I liked it. Eventually, it invaded my brain like a tumor and I couldn't not watch it. Now, that it is over, I feel it was one of the most creative shows I've ever seen. The acting was so good that it simultaneously annoyed and yet captivated me. I'm glad it was never expected to be an on-going series. It was what it was and I will never forget it.

Was one the worst things I ever watched 20 minutes of.

Prepare to be pissed off. The show has already completed all the episodes. The producers probably will have a cliff hanger. AMC did this with INTO THE BADLANDS. The network also had plenty of time to edit the ending, but did not.

It was ONLY 1 season as shot.. they merely split the airing into two parts and are calling it two seasons. CLEARLY the last episode of "season 1" was not the end of the season.... it's the same "mid-season finale" junk they pull with the Walking Dead franchise.

I really hate to see this end, but I do agree with others that doing the comedy part can only go so far. They just better have an fitting ending.

I really loved the first season so I’m admittedly sad about this but it might be for the best. Not sure how long you can parody a sitcom for before it gets stale, so hopefully this season will bring the story to a fitting conclusion

As long as the story ends, I'm fine with that.
