It is being reported that Amazon Prime Video has cancelled I Know What You Did Last Summer after one season. The news comes two months after the drama wrapped its 8-episode freshman run, which ultimately garnered mixed reviews.
Based on the novel and film of the same name, the series follows a group of teenagers who were involved in a fatal car accident that ruined their graduation night. A year later, and bound together by a dark secret, they are stalked by a mysterious killer. As they try to figure out who is after them, a dark side of their seemingly perfect town - and themselves - is revealed.

THIS is what happens when studio waits over 10 years after the movie franchise, who cares about WOKE? IF you have to turn on tv to get woke then there are ppl out there with bigger problems than a tired movie franchise that wasn’t that great to begin with

Racism, sexism, and extremism are as American as Apple Pie. If you think you can abolish any of them, you're simply kidding yourself.

This show wasn't woke enough. You all know the say "be woke or be broke". We need every show to help end racism, sexism, and extremism. 1/06/21 Never Forget

I liked the show, don't care about all that woke crap as long as the girls are sexy and nude

It went south when they went woke , why the need to give actors who can't act a job to fill a quota?

The first episode showed promise but every one after that got worse and worse. Flawed logic, boring kills, non-sensical motives, hammy acting, unlikeable stupid characters... Even worse than 'I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer '.
