FX announced today that Snowfall has been picked up for a sixth and final season. The news comes with three episodes remaining in Season 5, which is enjoying another solid outing with viewership levels topping any previous season.
Co-created by famed director and screenwriter John Singleton, Snowfall takes place in 1980s Los Angeles, with the crack cocaine epidemic in its infancy. The drama follows various characters from different walks of life who are on a violent collision course that will ultimately have a radical and lasting impact on our culture.
Look for Season 6 of Snowfall in early 2023.

I love this show. I've been with it since it's beginning. It's been pretty consistent in creativity. An although with Singleton's passing, the story wobbled, it's regained it's footing, and is better than ever!

This may be the best program on right now. I think they should wrap the story with season 6, while it still shines. This way we should get a solid ending with the producers going out on a bang. Or many bangs. Wrap this show up like it began and how it has kept it's greatness over 5 seasons.
