The game show revival returns this summer.

ABC has set its summer lineup of game shows for 2022, announcing today that Press Your Luck has been renewed for a fourth season. The revived series has been a summer mainstay since its 2019 premiere.
This modern take on the 1980s game of strategy, wits, and high stakes pits three contestants against each other answering questions in order to earn spins on the Big Board. Along the way they'll have to avoid the devilish WHAMMY for a chance at big money and prizes. The winning contestant moves on to the Bonus Round to face the WHAMMY in a final battle for the chance to win it all.
Look for Season 4 of Press Your Luck on Thursday, July 7.

Great to hear this show is back. It would be funny if they did a celebrity edition featuring high-rolling "Jeopardy!" champion James Holzhauer playing for charity against the Whammy.

I agree.. the hour is way too long.. I can't stand the noise this show induces for an hour.

The show is ok, but the one-hour format is too much. Half an hour for this (and frankly for most game shows) is quite enough.

Yet another game show NOT cancelled by ABC. Never heard of this show but Elizabeth Banks is a busy girl whammy or not.
