No Season 2 for the midlife dramedy.
April 10, 2022
Word is out that Netflix has cancelled On the Verge after one season. The dramedy premiered last September with a 12-episode run. Creator and star Julie Deply let the news slip in a reply to an Instagram comment asking about Season 2. In response, Deply wrote, "cancelled but they forgot to announce it was cancelled."
In the series, four women in their 50s — a chef, a single mom, an heiress, and a job seeker — put their focus on love and work, while dealing with a bit of midlife crises in pre-pandemic Los Angeles.

I had never heard of this one... guessing it didn't grab too many viewers overall. Some stuff on netflix just gets lost in the mix.

I wonder if On The Verge has a hanging cliff.
