It is being reported by TV Line that Pretty Smart has been cancelled by Netflix after just one season. The news comes six months after the comedy released its freshman run, which ultimately drew mixed reviews and seemed to fly under the radar in terms of popularity.
The half-hour sitcom stars Emily Osment as Chelsea, a depressed aspiring novelist who finds out she has a lot to learn about happiness when she is forced to move in with her carefree sister and her three eccentric roommates.

Yeah, no surprise there… It was cute sometimes, but never really funny. And Netflix really needs to start filming in front of an audience instead of using a fake laugh track…
