August 19, 2022
HBO announced today that The Rehearsal has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes ahead of tonight's freshman finale, which caps a 6-episode debut that garnered high critical acclaim.
In the show, Nathan Fielder is joined by a construction crew, a bunch of actors, and near unlimited resources as he helps ordinary people prepare for some of life's biggest moments by recreating them in carefully crafted simulations of his own design.
Look for Season 2 of The Rehearsal in 2023.

not for me... Fielder comes across like a serial killer in waiting. It's just all so creepy.

I appreciate the show. For someone who has a hard time understanding social cues and suffers from extreme anxiety, I found this shoe to have some very interesting takes. Might not be for everyone but I’m excited for the next season.

Well, even the comments here are divisive. I have heard mixed buzz about this ever since it came out, and there's no end to it. I am gonna skip watching this one for now, because I have been burned one too many times by giving divisive shows a chance, and that poster being creepy af is not helping.

@John. Your comment speaks volumes about you. As for the show it was barely watchable. Big Fielder fan but this was not his best work.

How? why?
there are so many good shows out there getting axed and this gets renewed?
While watching it I had to pause and go check the genre to make sure I was watching a comedy cuz out of the 4 episodes I watched I maybe laughed once.
Also what the hell was wrong with Fielder? he either looked bored, high or with zero emotional range all the time.
