Disney Channel announced today that The Villains of Valley View has been renewed for Season 2. The news comes 10 episodes into the comedy's freshman run, which is currently on a midseason hiatus until October 7.

The show has been performing well for the network since its June premiere, regularly ranking as the top live-action cable series among girls aged 6-11.

The Villains of Valley View follows Havoc, a teenager in a supervillain family who stands up against the leader of all villains, forcing her family to assume a new identity and move to a Texas suburb. Now the family must do their best to appear normal by hiding their superpowers and suppressing their villainous nature.

Production on Season 2 is slated to begin this fall, with a likely premiere in mid 2023.
