Word is out that Warner Bros. has cancelled Judge Mathis. The syndicated series will come to an end later this year after 24 seasons.
In the show, former Detroit-area district court judge Greg Mathis presides over real cases in his TV courtroom while keeping things light with a generous dose of humor. His decisions, though, are legal and binding. A regular segment called 'Ask Judge Mathis' answers viewer questions with advice regarding legal situations.
On the air since 1999, Judge Mathis is the second longest-running court program to run continuously behind only 'Judge Judy.' Judge Greg Mathis is also the longest-running Black male host on TV. In 2018, the show won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Legal/Courtroom Program.

They should make a court show Judge Biden.
Both sides argue their case and at the end Judge Biden flips a coin because after a 3min commercial break he already forgot the arguments

I'll give you this one Warner Bros since all he does is preach and do paternity tests now (that I fast forward through) but canceling The People's Court is a Super Low Blow!

This is a money call.
Greg Mathis has been around forever, but so has his contract which needs to be bonused up each year.
For the price of Mathis, they can get a few new judges.

I thought this was a reenactment television show with an actor playing Judge Mathis? If so he had a hell of a career!

24 seasons is a incredible feat. Few types of any show other than soap operas pullt hat off
