Word is out that The Company You Keep has been cancelled by ABC after one season. The news comes less than a week after the drama ended its 10-episode freshman run. A mid-season entry, the show ultimately struggled to find viewers in its Sunday night time slot.
Based on the Korean Broadcasting System series 'My Fellow Citizens,' The Company You Keep follows a con man named Charlie and an undercover CIA officer named Emma who, after a night of passion, are left unknowingly on a collision course professionally. While Charlie ramps up the 'family business' so he can get out for good, Emma is closing in on the vengeful criminal who holds Charlie's family debts in hand - forcing them to reckon with the lies they've told so they can save themselves and their families from disastrous consequences.

This is a fantastic show! An adult show that had twist and turns that had its roots in “The Sting”. The cast has real chemistry. Please find another home for it. ABC did it a disservice by changing times and delaying episodes.

ABC sucks eggs. Best show in a long time. Anything I like is guaranteed to be cancelled.It's been a blood bath on all the networks.

So Sad! This was the best new show of the season. It started a little slow but was really getting good. Hope it gets picked up by netflix. ABC will probably replace it with another stupid reality or game show...ugh.

Love this show! It's a delightful break from the usual game shows and noisy so-called talent shows. Maybe it's because the producers and some cast members are Asian, not the usual minority group that floods other shows. Shame!

Ok c’mon now…this is a great show…maybe change the time slot but don’t bump it…if there was ever a network show that Netflix should pick up…this is one

I thought this was a great show. As other people have said, they keep the stupid reality shows and game shows, and when they get a really good drama they cancel it. The acting and writing were great. It was especially nice to see Milo Ventimiglia and William Fichtner again.

I can’t believe the new show the company you keep has been canceled. It was one of the best shows that’s been on in a long time.
