No Season 2 for the rookie drama.

Word is out that The Company You Keep has been cancelled by ABC after one season. The news comes less than a week after the drama ended its 10-episode freshman run. A mid-season entry, the show ultimately struggled to find viewers in its Sunday night time slot.
Based on the Korean Broadcasting System series 'My Fellow Citizens,' The Company You Keep follows a con man named Charlie and an undercover CIA officer named Emma who, after a night of passion, are left unknowingly on a collision course professionally. While Charlie ramps up the 'family business' so he can get out for good, Emma is closing in on the vengeful criminal who holds Charlie's family debts in hand - forcing them to reckon with the lies they've told so they can save themselves and their families from disastrous consequences.

Love this show. Great characters and storyline that kept me entertained and coming back each week. So much potential. I even told family members about it so they would watch it too. What a disappointment that its canceled. Hopefully Netflix or peacock will be smart and pick this up while ABC is dumb enough to fill this spot with yet another useless reality show or celebrity game show.

This show and Alaska Daily! Come on ABC!!! You guys need to staff your programming division with people who can recognize a quality and an intellect series!!! When you do decide to cancel the Good Doctor eventually, I will have no reason to watch ABC anymore. Wake up! And more importantly do you care about your 'customers" the viewers!!!!!! Apparently not. Disgusted!

This really sucks, of all the shows cancelled lately, this was my favorite. Almost feels pointless to start watching new shows now. I am tired of taking the gamble of whether they will be renewed. I really hope this show gets saved somehow.

Damn, this show is the only show I'm really watching. It's not perfect but plenty good. I don't know why the "Sunday night time slot" should make a difference since most people dvr what they watch. I apologize to others for watching if since the probability a something getting quick canceled if I watch it is high.

That's a shame! It took a few episodes to get going, but once they each knew the truth about the other, it was pretty good.

I was ok with this show, but realized it was going to be borderline whether it got renewed or not. Overall, I liked it.
