ABC announced today that What Would You Do? has been renewed for a 16th season. It has been three years since the hidden camera news magazine last aired a new episode.

In releasing its fall schedule for the 2023-2024 season, the network stated that it is bringing the show back to primetime with the purpose of reintroducing it to new and returning audiences. While a premiere date has yet to be confirmed, it will air Wednesday nights at 10:00pm.

What Would You Do? sets up hidden cameras that capture staged everyday scenarios that involve conflict or inappropriate behavior. Then, the reactions and split-second decisions of bystanders who witness the events are captured and reported on by John Quiñones.
