Max announced today at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival that Clone High has been picked up for a second season. It could be considered the show's third season overall, as it originally debuted in 2002 on MTV but was cancelled after its freshman run.

Billed as a modern refresh of the original series, Clone High takes place 20 years after an experimental high school for clones of the greatest minds in history was put on ice. Joan, JFK, Abe, and Cleo have now been thawed out to resume school with their new clone classmates - all while navigating new cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships.

Look for Season 2 of Clone High in 2024.
