No Season 2 for the psychological thriller.

Word is out that Paramount+ has cancelled Fatal Attraction after just one season. The news comes five months after the psychological thriller wrapped its 8-episode freshman run.
A reimagining of the 1987 film of the same name, the series stars Joshua Jackson as Dan Gallagher, a married man who cheats on his wife, played by Amanda Peet. Things then spiral out of control when the other woman doesn't want the affair to end.

Season 2 was because of the Ellen Gallagher character. They left her plot a bit opened ended, with the college girl and the revenge aspect.
