Netflix has ordered more of the sci-fi anthology.

It is being reported that Netflix has renewed Black Mirror for a seventh season. The news comes five months after the critically-acclaimed series returned for its sixth season after an extended 4-year absence.
Originating in the United Kingdom, the sci-fi anthology series premiered in 2011 and aired its first two seasons on Channel 4. Netflix acquired the rights to the show in 2015 and has released four seasons of its own since then, as well as the interactive film 'Bandersnatch.'
Black Mirror airs in standalone episodes, with each featuring a different cast. The show imagines realities in the near future where humanity's greatest innovations and darkest instincts collide. The tales focus on topics ranging from obsession and revenge to fantasy and fear.

Why even bother? Season 5 and 6 were terrible. Are they ever going to stop milking the same crap over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again?
