It is being reported that Erin & Aaron has been cancelled by Nickelodeon after one season. The news comes nine months after the comedy wrapped its 12-episode freshman run.

The half-hour series followed teenagers Erin and Aaron, whose worlds are turned upside down after her dad marries his mom. The new stepsiblings don't see eye to eye - Erin has a wild streak and is unafraid to speak her mind, while Aaron is organized and has a more calm demeanor. They do both love music though, and this unlikely duo start writing and playing music together. This helps them learn to lean on each other and navigate the challenges of becoming a blended family.
