The animated comedy scores another early pickup.
July 26, 2024
Fox announced today that Krapopolis has been renewed for a fourth season. The pickup is another early one for the animated comedy, as it had already been renewed up to Season 3 before its series premiere last September.
"For all our Krap-devotees, there was no better place to decree another season of Krapopolis than the annual San Diego Comic-Con fan fest and no one better to deliver the proclamation than our brilliant creator and executive producer, Dan Harmon," said Michael Thorn, President of Fox Television Network. "Dan and his team have created something special with this series, and now that Season Four is etched in stone, we'll be keeping those once-in-a-millennia laughs rolling on Fox Animation Domination."
From creator Dan Harmon, the man behind shows such as 'Community' and 'Rick and Morty,' Krapopolis is set in mythical Ancient Greece, where a dysfunctional family of humans, gods, and monsters is doing their best to run one of the world's first cities without killing each other.
Look for the Season 2 premiere on Sunday, September 29.

It is not history, it is mythology. The gods are not real, therefore it is NOT history. I do agree that "this show sucks".

Amazingly funny show. One of those rare gems that requires a brain and some knowledge of history. So glad this has been renewed. There's hardly anything good on tv anymore with everything being brainless, stupid "reality" junk, so this is a breath of fresh air and very welcome. I hope this keeps going and going like the Energizer Bunny. If you have a brain and know things, then this is hilarious. If you don't have a brain, then you'd see it as dumb because you don't understand it. 10/5 stars for succeeding while needing brains to watch.

To quote Beavis and Butthead, " This show sucks." Between this and the lousy Jon Hamm show, which I cannot even remember the name, Fox has really missed the mark. Go back to The Simpsons, Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, and then whatever fills the 9:30 spot. The Great North is consistently better than Krapopolis.
