It was announced today that Onyx Collective's Reasonable Doubt has been renewed for a third season by Hulu. The pickup comes less than a month after the legal drama wrapped its 10-episode sophomore run on the streaming service. Creator Raamla Mohamed was joined by stars Emayatzy Corinealdi and McKinley Freeman live on Instagram this morning to let fans know the good news.
"I am so incredibly excited to continue my career with Disney Entertainment Television and to have Reasonable Doubt renewed for a third season," said creator Raamla Mohamed in a statement. "Thank you to the teams at Onyx Collective and my new home at 20th Television for giving me the space to create this messy world with such refreshingly complicated and diverse characters. I promise to keep it spoiler free, but I can say that season three will have more Jax, more Lewis and more drama, so get ready!"
The series follows brilliant Los Angeles defense attorney Jax Stewart, who isn't afraid to tackle complicated issues and clients. She always gets the job done by any means necessary - even if it means questionable ethics and crazy interpretations of the law.
