No Season 5 for the spinoff series.
March 4, 2025
It is being reported that FBI: International has been cancelled by CBS after four seasons. Also getting the ax today was 'FBI: Most Wanted,' leaving the original 'FBI' as the only entry in the franchise left on the air.
The move is somewhat surprising, as the two spinoffs did garner respectable ratings for the network. It was less than a year ago that the network was touting their All-FBI Tuesday programming block as "a powerful force to be reckoned with on our primetime schedule." There were suspicions raised, however, when neither show was renewed a couple of weeks ago when CBS announced nine renewals for next season.
The second spinoff of the 'FBI' franchise, FBI: International follows cases of Federal Bureau of Investigation that span the globe. A team of elite agents from the FBI's International Division are tasked with keeping Americans safe when they are abroad.

CBS is absolutely run by idiots. They canceled FBI most wanted FBI international and SWAT you can say whatever you want. I think for Friday night swat was perfect not too heavy not too late. We’re all three shows woke probably but they were decent shows CBS does not develop talent or shows and it’s pretty obvious When you have NBC who has many of the Dick Wolf shows for a quarter of a century in the various law and order in Chicago shows med fire and POLICE CBS needs to figure this out and really get someone in there who has an idea of how to develop and keep shows on there longer three years couple years back they canceled NCIS Los Angeles, NCIS, New Orleans and NCIS Hawaii. Same thing they were decent show not too heavy not to lie decent character actors they canceled Blue Bloods. How do you cancel a show that’s been on the air for 14 years and all the cast wanna come back and you have NBC it’s doing this bunch of shows for 20, 25 & 27 years and CBS can’t even only two or three shows that are getting above 3 to 5 years figured out CBS hire the right people because the people dimwits

I feel like the first couple of seasons this show struggled to find its footing, the stories weren’t great and the casting was pretty bad. But this past season it’s really hit its stride and become my second favourite of the franchise (MW is #1). I really really hope they reconsider this terrible decision!!

This stinks. One of the more solid shoes on the network. Good stories and a solid cast. CBS messed up.

Why do these networks always cancel the good shows?? Gonna leave nothing but reality TV!! There goes my FBI Tuesdays! At least they are leaving FBI on for now!! FBI Tuesday, Chicago Wednesday and Law & Order Thursdays!!!

Once again, networks cancel immensely popular shows and renew shows that should never have lasted 1 season. I understand costs have risen, but networks work on ratings, but viewers and their loyalty to series they connect with.
I wish they would consider this before cancelling or if a show is being cancelled, then the networks owe the viewers a proper finale that closes off storylines so there is no doubt the series has ended and nothing is left hanging.
Just my opinion...

I disagree with some, I like the addition of Jesse Stoffer. Cast works really well. Love the different locations. Real disappointed in CBS. What will they ax next. All they're going to leave is reality TV. Leaving nothing of substance.

What!!! It’s my favorite FBI show. I can see canceling most wanted. It was terrible but this one is just sad!

This might not have been the strongest spinoff of the franchise, but it was nice to see some european cities featured and seeing some familiar places. Too bad it got cancelled as i did enjoy it enough to download it every week as soon as it was available

It was a poorly done concept. Can't say it will be missed.
