It is being reported by Deadline that Nickelodeon has ordered two more seasons of Rock Paper Scissors, taking it through Season 3. The news comes five months after the animated series wrapped its freshman run.

"Rock Paper Scissors embodies the creative and character-driven storytelling we champion at Nickelodeon and the show's humor and heart has struck a chord with our audience," said Ramsey Naito, President, Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Animation. "With an all-star cast that brings incredible energy, humor and depth to every character, we can't wait to dive even deeper into the hilarious world these three best friends share."

The show follows three best friends - Rock, Paper and Scissors - who lovingly compete over everything in hilarious and wildly absurd ways. The trio of roommates goes to extremes in all they do, including playing hide-and-seek around the world, running from the birthday police, defending Earth from an alien invasion, and going head-to-head with the Rat Bros.

Each new season of Rock Paper Scissors will consist of 10 episodes, with Season 2 expected to premiere sometime this fall.
