'Helluva Boss' Acquired & Renewed By Prime Video

The web series has been picked up for Seasons 3 & 4.

Prime Video has acquired popular web series Helluva Boss, it was announced at this year's LVL UP Expo in Las Vegas. The streamer has also renewed the animated comedy for Seasons 3 & 4. The move makes sense, as Prime Video is also home to 'Hazbin Hotel,' which is now confirmed to exist in the same 'Hellaverse' universe as Helluva Boss.

In a first-of-its-kind deal, the first two seasons will debut on Prime Video this fall, with episodes continuing to be available on their original home, YouTube. Subsequent seasons will have an exclusive window on Prime Video before becoming available on YouTube.

Set in Hell, the series follows an imp named Blitzo, who is the eccentric boss of I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), an assassination company that runs with help from an ancient grimoire obtained from the demon prince Stolas. Alongside his ragtag crew – weapons specialist Moxxie, assassin Millie, and adopted daughter/receptionist Loona – Blitzo takes on contracts to kill targets in the human world. Balancing their work with personal lives, the team constantly finds themselves in absurd, violent, and darkly comedic situations.
