Apple TV+ announced today that a follow-up to 'Prehistoric Planet' is on the way. The new five-part docuseries, titled Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age, premieres globally on November 26, two-and-a-half years after the original series wrapped its two-season run on the streaming service.

Narrated by Tom Hiddleston, the next chapter in the groundbreaking natural history series invites viewers into a dramatic new era of prehistoric life, millions of years after the extinction of the dinosaurs - an era shaped by ice, the intense fight to survive and the rise of a new cast of giants: the iconic megafauna.

Utilizing the latest scientific research and cutting-edge visual effects, this frozen world is brought to life like never before, unveiling the spectacular habitats and inhabitants of ancient Earth for a unique experience.
