It is being reported by Deadline that Motorheads has been cancelled by Prime Video after one season. The news comes three months after the drama released its 10-episode freshman run on the streaming service.
Fans of the show will surely be disappointed, as it ended with several cliffhangers. There may be a slight glimmer of hope, however, as Amazon has reportedly given producers permission to shop the series to other outlets. Word is that conversations have already started.
Set in a once-thriving rust-belt town that is searching for a glimmer of hope, Motorheads follows a group of outsiders who form an unlikely friendship over a mutual love of street racing, while navigating the hierarchy and rules of high school.

Easy to watch but was the Disney version of fast & furious. Extra cheesy.

Shows about cars, especially those involving illegal activities are colossal wastes of time and should be banned from the airwaves.

I love Ryan Philippe but this
series is far from his better work. It’s cheesy all the characters are boring and predictable. This style of story has been told a million times and honestly a lot better than this show. Obviously from the title it’s about an obsession with cars, working on them and racing them , something it seems it’s all this small town has to offer. The actual storyline is slow and boring, the characters also boring and predictable. I looked it up before watching and said it is a little known drama about cars and young adults. ‘Little known ‘being the operative words. If your looking for a predictable show with boring characters, this is the show for you.
