The comedy clip show is ending after 46 seasons.
October 31, 2025
It is being reported that Ridiculousness has been cancelled by MTV after 14 years and 46 seasons. The move comes in the wake of the Paramount-Skydance merger, which has resulted in thousands of companywide layoffs.
One of the longest-running series in the cable network's history, the show debuted in 2011 and has aired over 1600 episodes. Previous seasons will continue to be available stream on Paramount+, and reruns will stay in rotation on the network. The current 46th season is slated to continue airing into 2026, but no series finale date has been confirmed as of yet.
Ridiculousness features viral videos from around the Internet that involve dangerous and unbelievable stunts, often involving failed do-it-yourself attempts, to which host Rob Dyrdek and his panelists react to and mock.

If this was cancelled that Top Secret Videos on TRUTV should definitely be cancelled. It is an attempt at the exact same thing but with much more horrible host not funny at all.

@gil that may be true but props to him for figuring out a way to monetize it, especially at that much money good for the host. I’m sure we all wish we could make money that way without killing our bodies and con continuously doing hard hard work show up present what you were given go home and if they’re running reruns, that’s even better cause that means you’re not doing anything and still getting paid

The host making $32.5 Million a year for internet clips you can see on YouTube is a joke. MTV was running reruns all day. See ya!

I discovered this show at the start of the pandemic. I was scared and the "ridiculousness" of it all made me stop and laugh. It's funny how something as stupid as this show made a bit less scared!

@ Brenda Anderson doesn't let logic or common sense get in the way of her takes.

I remember when MTV played music videos all day. It's been a useless channel for nearly 15 years now
