Prime Video orders more of the hoax comedy.
May 11, 2026
Prime Video announced at its upfront presentation today that Jury Duty is coming back for a third season. The news comes a month after the hidden camera comedy wrapped its sophomore run.
The series debuted in 2023 on the now-defunct Amazon Freevee, following an unknowing juror who was taking part in a fake trial surrounded by actors. The show moved to Prime Video for its second season, dubbed 'Company Retreat,' this time set at a corporate event from the perspective of a new worker.
No theme or time frame for Season 3's release is known at this time.

They kind of screwed the pooch with season 2. Season 1 was good because you saw the "behind the mark's back" stuff THROUGHOUT the season - Not as a separate (largely pointless) season add on. I mean only a small percentage of (odd) people give a fuck about DVD commentary tracks too. Go back to showing the BTS stuff DURING the season and it may get back to the level of season 1.
