Bravo has announced that The Real Housewives of Rhode Island will be coming back for a second season. The early pickup comes seven episodes into the reality series' freshman run.

Since its April premiere, the show has become a breakout hit for the network. After having Bravo's biggest series or season premiere episode ever on Peacock, the latest installment of the iconic franchise is currently pacing as the network's #2 biggest series across platforms behind only 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'

In the show, cameras follow a fresh, charismatic group of women as their lives intertwine across the storied coastline of New England luxury. Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMare, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson and Jo-Ellen Tiberi navigate the murky waters of friendships, feuds and shifting loyalties within Rhode Island's tightly woven social scene. They may live in the smallest state in the country, but their drama is extra large.
