Disney announced today that Big City Greens is returning for its fifth season on August 21. One of Disney Channel's most-popular originals, the show has garnered over 4 billion hours watched on linear and streaming (lifetime to date). It also ranks as Disney Television's longest continuously running animated series, surpassing the 100-episode milestone last year.
Big City Greens follows mischievous 10-year-old country boy Cricket Green, who moves with his dad, sister, and grandma to a small farm in the middle of a big city after losing their country farm. Cricket's natural curiosity and enthusiasm lead him and his family on epic journeys and into the hearts of his new neighbors.
