Netflix announced today that Legends has been renewed for Season 2. The news comes three months after the British drama released its 6-episode freshman run.

"I'm delighted to have the opportunity to tell a new story in the fascinating and unique world that Legends offers," said writer and creator Neil Forsyth. "and to show just how dangerous, thrilling, and important their work became in the late 1990s."

In the show, drugs are flooding the streets of '90s Britain and Her Majesty's Customs and Excise is losing its battle with the smuggling across its borders. In a top-secret operation, a team of customs employees is thrust undercover to topple the dangerous gangs behind it.

Production on Season 2 of Legends is slated to begin in 2027.
