No Season 2 for the action comedy.

It is being reported by Deadline that Prime Video has cancelled Ride or Die after one season. Coming two months after the action comedy's release, the news is somewhat surprising considering it performed well for the streamer and garnered praise from critics and viewers.
The series follows best friends Debbie Claybourne and Judith Burton, who thought they knew everything about each other - except that Debbie had no idea Judith is an international assassin. When a mysterious figure emerges from Judith's past and a hit goes horribly wrong, both of their worlds are turned upside down, forcing them to go on the run together. It's a race against time and a road trip across Europe, with law enforcement, highly trained assassins, and some very dangerous criminals on their heels.

Thank god Jason liked it... saved us all from a second season..
... which would ultimately be poorly written and stretched to make the story, which was complete, extend past the point it needed to.

No surprise here how can you expect a story like this to continue over multiple seasons on for years to bring it to an end. Probably something for a movie would have been better

Of course it was cancelled, since it was a show I enjoyed.
