A family comedy that follows the challenges in the relationship between a stubborn, but charming, husband and his wife and kids.

Jim is an abrasive but lovable suburban father who likes blues music and all major Chicago sports teams. Together with his wife Cheryl, they raise five children – Ruby, Gracie, Kyle, Jonathan and Gordon.

Jim often finds himself in sticky situations, and his laziness lends to him looking for alternative ways to do things with the least amount of effort. Cheryl's brother, Andy, is Jim's best friend, but her sister, Dana, frequently teams up with Cheryl against him.

This was almost as bad as Last Man Standing. ABC needs to get real American shows.

This is one of the worst sitcoms EVER. Jim Belushi is obnoxious and his fat, untalented sidekick is worse. Thank God this is on TV in the middle of the night when I need a nightlight to go to the bathroom.

They made fun of god? Now I wish I had watched it! Religions are like a infomercial selling an invisible product for the last 2 millenia.

Right, Honeybunn, you totally called it. 6 months in and they make a joke about God, and BAM - cancelled....8 YEARS LATER. Most shows would be lucky to be on the air that long. Idiot.

About 6 months after this aired they made a very disrespectful comment in reference to GOD and i wrote them and told them they would be canceled and look what happened. Goes to show....you better watch what you say. And a word of advice to all you writers, keep GOD out of the lies you write to entertain people.
