I was a big fan of Army Wives from first episode, then along came season 7 and Brooke Shields, who is a terrible actress, never have been a fan. If they wanted to introduce a new love interest for Gen. Holden they could have found someone else anyone else. Brooke Shields should just sell Lazy Boy not even sure she can do that. The other new cast members I have never heard of which is ok except they lack talent. It's a top rated show, should only have people who can act. Where is the chemistry, the sense of friendship, it use to be like welcoming dear friends into your home. If it's going to survive ditch Brooke Shields. Catherine Bell should know from her experience with Jag, when David James Elliott was leaving Jag they wanted to replace with a younger so called heartthrob, didn't work Jag ended. It's time for Army Wives to end.

I have watched this show from the very beginning and I loved it until season 7. The acting and the story lines are awful. I miss all the old characters. I was open to changes but the acting is so bad that its unbearable to watch anymore! The cast has absolutely NO chemistry. All the dialogue and "emotions" seem forced and unnatural...like a poorly acted soap opera. Plus they just all randomly became friends somehow...there was no great bonding moment. The new actors just suck! Maybe if they got better actors to replace the original ones and better writers to write better story lines it would be worth watching. Army Wives should've ended after season 6 because season 7 was an embarrassment to the show and to the original cast members that made it into the great show it WAS.

I love army wives new and old tv needs to continue good shows like this get rid of some ofthw other GARBAGE !!! This show is awesome please. Don't cancel !!

I gave up on Army Wives at the beginning of season 7 my thought was a show could not survive all the changes. But each week, the show made me want to me to learn more about each of the new cast. The Army tells you that if they wanted you to have a family they would issue you one. Tim's PTSD is a real challenge to today's Army along with a an alarming high suicide rate. Blended families like Sgt Hall and how he balances family life with also overseeing his troops. Micheal dealing with CJs death and managing his job duties. Love Gloria and her plight...caught up in the past and how she moves forward. So at the short end of season 7....I found I want to know more about what happens........renew

Cancel the series! I was a loyal fan from 1st episode up until season 7. I watched 3 episodes from season 7 and am so disappointed I will not be wasting my time with this series anymore! The new cast sucks and are totally unrelateable and just plain stupid. It's almost farce-like mixed in with a daytime soap opera. It was great but the shows run is over. Let it go before it loses all dignity!

PLEASE CANCEL THIS GARBAGE!!! I have watched Army Wives since the very 1st episode and it is time to go!!! Ever since they wrote the entire original cast off this show has become crap! They must have fired the writers and directors too because what used to be a very good show has become nothing more than a poorly written and even worse acted soap opera!

I just finished watching the season finale of Army Wives and it seems to be not just the season finale but the final show..I hope the show will be renewed for season 8. It is such a good show and all the characters are very interesting in their own right. Please do not cancel it!!
