A procedural drama following a Chicago detective who leaves his hometown and moves to Florida.
Jim Longworth is Chicago detective who was falsely accused of sleeping with his captains wife. Because of this, he takes a new job in South Florida with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement - hoping to find a more relaxing lifestyle. He soon discovers that things are more complicated than he thought.

WOW can't frigging believe this show was canceled. It is an awesome show and I think we need closure.. Does Jim live or die and who dun-it???? At least do a couple shows to tie it off or a movie to finish after 4 seasons.. Wow still in awe of the stupidity of the people who choose what shows to cancel.. Far too many good shows off now and in place are these horrible reality shows.. Get a grip people!!

I do not know why they cancelled the Glades, but it should not have happened. That was a excellent show. A and E should not have cancelled it. I was extremely dismayed. They need to bring it back. I hope Netflix purchases it and brings back The Glades. A and E should be ashamed of themselves.

Hey Netflix, if you're looking for shows to revive, to be shown exclusively on Netflix, "The Glades" is a definite must!! My husband and I love this show.

Im very upset that The Glades has been canceled. I have the last episode from season 4 saved on my DVR, so I could watch over and over. Why is it u get so attached to the people in the shows, u cancel? I just don't understand. I LOVED THIS SHOW!! BRING IT BACK!! I want to see Jim and Callie!!!

Yet another great show cancelled what is up??? it is getting so hard to find anything of value to watch these days...... it just seems that all these so called new shows are on to dumb you down ... and there is no more good humor any more no more suspense no more thought process just a bunch of shows to see how you can humiliate someone else at their expense A&E only has one good show left Longmire and if that goes off them I have no need to subscribe to the channel
