Pregnant in Heels follows Rosie - a maternity concierge, fashion designer, and pregnancy specialist - as she helps expecting mothers deal with the ups and downs of childbirth preparation.
Along with her two assistants, Rosie also runs a high fashion maternity clothing boutique in Manhattan and a training academy for moms-to-be called MomPrep.
