A crime drama following a tough-as-nails detective who doesn't know when to quit.

A re-imagining of the British television hit, Prime Suspect follows Jane, a rude and reckless, yet brilliant, cop with an uncanny ability to see what others miss.

Jane is an outsider, having just transferred to a new male-dominated precinct full of cops not willing to give her a fighting chance at fitting in. But Jane's ability to get inside a criminal's head like nobody else can gives her an important place on the force.

I can't believe this show is being cancelled!!!! It is one of the BEST shows on TV and you morons have your heads up your butt if you think reality tv tops this! I am truly getting sick and tired of networks canceling all the good shows just to put on brain dead reality shows! No wonder so many people are getting Netflix and things like that and just watching movies......at least those can't be cancelled! You guys suck!!

OMG...WHY ARE MY FAVORITE TV SHOWS BEING CANCELLED? SHOW AFTER SHOW. NOT FAIR. IF THIS WAS A SHOW "ABOUT NOTHING", IT WOULD BE ON FOR YEARS... :(

This is hands-down, one of the best shows. Yes, there are a lot of cop dramas out there. This show takes it to another level of character development. It's not just story-lines of solving a crime...it's great character dynamics and enjoying watching the backgrounds emerge. I really wish someone would pick this show up. There are far too many painfully redundant television programs. NBC, please pull your collective head OUT!

I think that this is one of the best shows on your network. The character's are great and all blend in together. I am tired of the good sahows being cancelled for reality tv shows that require no acting ability. Or no thinking for the viewer. Please reconsider cancelling.

Sincerely,
Carol Haslam

My husband and I thought this was one of the better shows that came out this season. Sorry to see that it is cancelled. How many years or CSI must there be before we move on to some new Cop shows.

You have got to be kidding, I can think of a number of shows that should be cancelled. I think the people who decide these things have rocks in their heads. It takes a number of episodes to get really rolling and this show had a lot of potential. There isn't much if anything to watch and now their making it worse

i'm beginning to think the NBC executives have the same i.q. as the audience that watches their ridiculous "reality" shows, I'm personally insulted by the garbage they spew forth in the name of entertainment. let's boycot their advertisers and see how long they keep feeding us their drivel. if it was shown to prisoners at guantanamo it would violate the geneva conference rules as a form of torture. people, vote with your checkbook and let the companies that pay big $$ advertising know you plan to via email. $$ they should still have enough brain cells to understand. I doubt they let there children watch that crap.
